The previous residents had everything made of plastic (about a year ago), including the door. Now, this company was working across from us today, and one of their technicians noticed that our door wasn't closing properly (that's right, it had to be pushed shut extra hard). The technician rang the doorbell and indicated that the door wasn't closing properly and asked if he could adjust it. After 5 minutes, he was finished, and the door closes perfectly now! So, all in all, top-notch service provided by the technician!

After having interior doors replaced, it was now time for the exterior doors. We returned to Smaling due to our positive experience. Professional and friendly staff, excellent advice.

About a year ago, we had four 1930s interior doors and a new frame installed here. Initially, we received excellent service in the showroom and were able to quickly make a decision. Communication afterward was a bit more difficult, but otherwise, the installer (a lovely guy, too) did a truly excellent job. The new frame initially proved to be a bit too narrow, but after the second visit, this was neatly resolved with extra wooden slats, so it's completely invisible. All in all, very satisfied!

I requested a quote for six large window frames from this company. Unfortunately, it took weeks before I even received a response. Furthermore, the company proved unable to make a small adjustment to the drawing, despite repeated requests. The lack of response to many of my emails was also disappointing. After months of frustration, I finally decided to go to a competitor. There, the design and correct drawings were provided within a week. All in all, my experience with this company was unfortunately very disappointing.
