At the end of last year, I had a repair carried out by this company. About six weeks later, the repaired item broke. I mentioned it personally, and the response was, "I'll come and look at it later." Recently, after more than six months, I personally asked: "They promised six months ago that it would be looked at, why hasn't it happened yet?" I didn't get an answer. "We're not doing anything about it anymore" (as if it had already been looked at several times...) was the blunt reply, barely deserving of a glance, and they simply carried on with their business. What an arrogant approach, and a shame that a decent and normal conversation wasn't possible. I left their property dumbfounded. It's a shame, a real shame that they treat each other this way and don't keep promises, which have happened many times before.
