This is certainly convenient for the seller, but as a buyer, you have to be wary and not believe everything they say. This includes the fact that there were already multiple offers (which turned out not to be the case).

Wietse handled the sale from start to finish very smoothly. Communication was smooth, and both the office and the real estate agent were easily accessible! We hope it lasts a while, but if we ever move again, we'll definitely contact Wietse again. Highly recommended!
