Beautiful, spacious store with great staff. After removing an old bathtub, we wanted to re-tile the existing tiles in the bathroom. They come from Italy and are no longer available. The gentleman in this store managed to get them from the factory for us. Really great!

We're so happy with our bathroom! We received excellent service at the store. They spent all their time with us, and our wishes were carefully considered. The freelancers are professionals. They kept all their promises, and everything was perfectly finished. The only downside... we're now spending far too much time in the bathroom :)

Laura was incredibly helpful in choosing the bathroom. She measured everything and received a quote that was quite expensive. The renovation was supposed to take 1.5 to 2 weeks, but it was finished in 5 days. The shower enclosure couldn't be installed because the entire floor wasn't level. It looked good, but in the end, it was shoddy. It was poor work, but we paid a hefty price. The floor was torn down and re-laid, so another week without a shower... The shower enclosure was installed and still not working properly. Eventually, someone came again, and it was resolved. Communication was generally poor and definitely not customer-focused. Ultimately, I'm satisfied with the bathroom. I still feel like we paid way too much. The initial work was shoddy; how do you get the most money in the shortest time? We ended up without a shower for three weeks, which wasn't necessary. It was a lot of frustration, stress, and hassle to finally get things resolved. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Satisfied when we bought, dissatisfied now that we're installing. We were having trouble deciding on bathroom tiles, and Showmagazijn provided excellent support. We received honest advice, and using a drawing, we were able to create a complete bathroom and toilet that we're happy with. Delivery was on the desired date, and we were even able to pick it up earlier when we called. We're very happy with our choice, and the service has been smooth so far. However, there's a caveat. Using the drawing and the (correct) measurements of our bathroom, the system calculated how many tiles we needed. Ultimately, we were short four packs of wall tiles and one pack of floor tiles. We didn't cut too much, and only two tiles went wrong. They calculated a 20% waste rate, and the bathroom actually turned out smaller than we had specified. We called and were able to pick up the extra tiles at the Almelo branch, but to our surprise, we were charged for them, even though it wasn't our fault. We bought a bathroom for €11,000, excluding labor, and you'd expect a bit more service. Now we're working on the toilet and we're once again short on tiles. This time, we need four tiles for the toilet, and again, we're tiling less than we'd originally planned. We're pretty much done with this company now, so we're going to buy the remaining tiles elsewhere and won't be using them again in the future.
