Things went terribly wrong during the final settlement. Jansen charged an additional €5,700.00 on top of the quote of €24,377.88 that I had confirmed. There was never any communication with me regarding additional work or extra costs, let alone acceptance of them. When I refused to pay the €5,700.00, he threatened to return and tear everything down. Naturally, I immediately filed a police report for threats.

A section of central heating pipe was removed to create extra space in the nursery. Very well done, and the technician was excellent. Invoicing was also handled efficiently by email, with an option to pay directly via iDeal. I will definitely use this company again in the future when I need them!

I was contacted twice for central heating system maintenance and replacement of the underfloor heating thermostat. They did take away a broken thermostat. I never saw them again, and I never heard from them again. Such a shame.
