We'd already had a good experience with Sengers' service. Last Monday, a roller shutter wouldn't lower. One of our grandchildren had broken the safety device, so we called to ask if it was urgent. We said yes, and they could also deliver a new one for a different window. Everything was repaired perfectly the same day, and the new roller shutter was installed two days later. However, the invoice only included the new roller shutter; the repair was a service provided by Sengers. Thanks so much for this, and keep up the good work.

Poor service and unfriendly staff, ordered screens for the windows, it turned out upon delivery that they had measured incorrectly (5 cm short), no compensation possible even though it really was their mistake, the solution they came up with was to cancel, so I did it immediately and now nicely go to another one.
