We ordered window frames via Van der Vlugt (Select Windows) and specifically chose the frames without weld seams, as seen in the showroom. For us, this was the best result, and we were told that we would receive them. To our disappointment, however, we received ordinary standard frames with large seams, without this being indicated in advance. Only after the first delivery did we hear that the desired frames “could not be delivered because a machine was broken.” What we find most annoying is that we were not given the opportunity to receive the frames we had chosen, either later or at a later date. That feels misleading and absolutely not customer-friendly. Our entire house now has frames that we did not want.

Not recommended; the delivered frames differ in detail from what was ordered, and this was not resolved. The installation (Van Der Vlugt Velserbroek) was also very poor. The price-quality ratio is poor!
