2.5 months later!!!! Unfortunately, the situation has not changed. The house is still not wind and watertight. Mr. Schults, I'm very disappointed in you. Perhaps you don't remember, but it's a shame that this had to happen after a wonderful collaboration. Since your company is still in default, a report will be filed against your employees next week. The allegations against the resident are also unfounded and merely represent the words of your contractor, who thinks that if every window and door is open, they are open to him without asking permission from the resident in question. The camera footage speaks for itself, and if this contractor is still working in the area, I will definitely speak to him about his rude and threatening behavior.

Great company that does excellent work! But unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with this company. Employees entered a house without prior notice or permission, caused damage, and displayed inappropriate behavior towards the resident! This was very humiliating and intimidating. They violated privacy and effectively broke into the house. Schults is still hiding behind the employees' stories, which I deeply regret! The house hasn't been wind and watertight for six weeks, and Schults hasn't resolved this issue yet. Unfortunately, return calls remain unanswered.
