What an incredible joke from a real estate agent. You are strung along for days, forced to send *everything* about yourself, from pay slips to practically the color of your underwear, only to be told nonchalantly that they chose someone else after all. Why go to all that trouble? Why give people false hope and make them wait endlessly when you apparently had someone else in mind for ages? Pure contempt for other people's time and energy. Professional? Absolutely not. Human? Even less so. In short: avoid this real estate agent if you want to maintain your self-respect.

They were only off by 12,000 on a total of 183,000. A dispute committee had to be called in to get the correct amount for our house. Edit May 7, 2024: I'm not going to delete anything because you definitely did me a disservice. My last name isn't Apellido, so I won't be in your system. You appraised my house at 183,000 in 2020, and after a dispute committee meeting with Hoogedeure, Synchro, and Dingemanse, the total came to 195,000. Before contacting the dispute committee, I tried to get an explanation of your calculations by email and asked if you could reevaluate them. However, I received a reply that the people involved were on vacation. So I contacted the dispute committee. I could live with that outcome, but because you didn't do your job properly, it cost me 1.5 times the appraisal fee. I still have all the email correspondence. I'm happy to publish some things if you still don't believe me?
