I got a ridiculously expensive quote because my radiator wouldn't turn on; everything had to be replaced. It turned out to be just a simple pin, and I fixed it myself in 5 minutes.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, and way too expensive. Had a CW 4 boiler installed, mind you, for €5,000. The air supply and flue gas exhaust are listed on the invoice but were not replaced. All the fittings are worn out and haven't been replaced. This is literally and figuratively a scam. I am going to make a case out of this, and Schulte Lestrade is going to pay. Incompetent staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Maybe a Dutch language course for the poor language barrier, who doesn't even speak Dutch. Be careful where you have your boiler installed; the competitor is cheaper at €2,000 including flue gas exhaust and low-temperature roof penetration pipes and fittings, new. NEVER AGAIN. WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS. I’ve lost my money. But the lesson will be hard.

During the renovation of our office, they did just about everything wrong that could go wrong. From water pipes that were not properly connected causing them to burst, to weekly leaks, schedules that ran over by months, to very poor customer contact and service. They were also one of the most expensive parties we have worked with. So, it was a double expensive purchase.
