Very unprofessional behavior from one of their repair employees. The handyman interrupted me immediately when I tried to explain the heating problem to him, escalated the interaction, and told me to leave the space I rent. As a woman, this was an intimidating and uncomfortable experience. At the beginning, I was told to “leave a bad review on Google” if I don't like the fact my heating is not working correctly for over 6 weeks now, so here is the review.

The worst company on the planet. Boiler breaks every single year and every single year it takes at least 8 WEEKS before they fix it. Cold water? No heating? Ja, sorry, onderdeel niet op voorraad

What a crappy company!!!! A "breakdown service" that's available 24/7, but the technician on duty only works until 9 PM?! For almost four years, we've been without hot water every day! We haven't received any callbacks and are left with nothing but problems. What a disgrace.

Horrible company! Everyone in the apartment complex is suffering from broken heat pumps and broken heating. I've been without heat for 11 weeks now (yes, 11 weeks!) this winter! It's 14 degrees Celsius in the house, and after 11 weeks, "the part still hasn't arrived," even my packages from China arrive early.

The pressure in the shower has dropped, and the temperature has also dropped. Several people in our apartment are experiencing this. So you call them: long wait, but you can also file a complaint via the website. Unfortunately, that's not possible at all. On hold again... Then you get someone on the line who isn't a technician, who tries to brush you off by saying it's probably the shower faucet. After all, there's pressure in the kitchen. Friend, suddenly having problems with pressure and temperature, but it's not the faucet. Meanwhile, I contact the neighbor, who says the technician just came by and has to go to the boiler room because the problem isn't with the apartment. The noob on the phone apparently doesn't know anything about this and can't find anything about it in his system. Strange. Hopefully, the real technician will fix it. Schouten: not a good job this time.
