Workers were commissioned by the housing association to replace the wall between the garden of my (owner-occupied) home and the garden of the (rented) home next door. This was announced in a note in my mailbox. When I asked if I needed to stay home or leave the fence door open, the worker said he wasn't aware of anything and that it wasn't his responsibility. I was asked to call the main office. The next day, early in the afternoon, they were using a pressure washer to clean the wall on the side of the house next door. All the dirty (muddy) water ended up in my garden/patio and on the windows. I was quite shocked. At my request, they hosed it down. Then the wall was demolished and partially rebuilt. The stones and other debris ended up in my garden and on the plants. I cleaned up some of it myself during this time. The workers did sweep afterward. I would have liked to see the work done more carefully and neatly, with more consideration for the house/garden where you're working and the adjacent house/garden. Furthermore, communication about the work could have been better and more customer-friendly.

Landman perfectly cleaned and then sealed the exterior walls of our house. Unfortunately, this sealing was done without masking off the windows, something that other cleaning companies do and is mentioned in the instructions for various sealing products. This resulted in a layer of sealing product remaining on the windows. After Landman attempted to remove this film, we were left with eight scratched windows still covered in a silicone film. Landman accepts no responsibility for the scratches (which were certainly not present before this operation) and furthermore claims not to be insured for this type of damage. Very disappointing for such a reputable company.
