Very professional - the garden is well dressed for the winter. Also, everything was cleaned up perfectly after the job.

Dear Schoffelstudent, When I press "call" on your website, I get a polite female voice that says, "This number is not in service." I have a somewhat urgent question about a tree in our garden. Please also see a previous email to you. Could you please show the changed phone number? Kind regards, Lex Utrecht

I requested a quote, and after two days, I was asked for more information. They didn't come to look at the job but wanted photos. After that, I didn't hear anything for at least four business days. When I then told them I'd given the job to someone else and that they wouldn't meet the promised deadline (2-3 business days), they claimed they were very busy. When I then explained that this didn't mean they weren't communicating on time, they said they weren't interested in these kinds of conversations. I filed a complaint.

Stars updated after a very positive experience. Process. I requested a quote and quickly received a request for photos. Apparently, something went wrong after that, and it remained quiet for five weeks. Once the delay was noticed, everything was handled quickly. The project went as planned and to our complete satisfaction.

I wanted the weeds to be tackled and the high hedge + trees pruned. Weeds are still there and they had no equipment with them for the high work while I had clearly stated this with photos. A follow-up appointment would also be made, but no answer at all. After calling a few times I was told that it is a holiday period so busy.... Yes so? I paid for work that I did not ask for. 1 tip for them... stop with this "company" because this is pointless.
