We received the most impeccable service from the Pack and Load team, grateful for their professionalism, friendliness and problem-solving skills. On arrival the shuttle van could not make it up our steep driveway. The team arranged the rental of a van locally and the packing went ahead without a hitch. Throughout the experience, the team were calm, cool-headed, polite and hard-working They were respectful of our home and treasured belongings. Our items were carefully handed over to the Load Team who worked till late to finish the job. We are grateful to all the Pack and Load team who are incredible ambassadors for the company! The experience from our Sales Lead was exceptional and we felt he went out of his way to help us. He made commitments upfront which were delivered on by our Move Manager and Finance teams which is a testimony to the professionalism and integrity of everyone. One small thing is room for improvement on communications channels within Head Office, something which can be easily addressed and which we discussed with them. They were always friendly and responsive, but the response sometimes wasn't in sync with the outcome. Overall however we feel like everyone at Schmidt Global work as a family which is rare to find these days. This truly shone through in the care they provided to us. Shout outs to Dennie, Zenia & team, Laverne, Sarah and Elly. Highly recommend!

Hello, I am taking the time now to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service we received from your team. We had high expectations based on the agreement and contract, but unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable. There are several issues that need to be addressed immediately: 1. Lack of Communication: The crew had no contact number for us, despite us providing it several days prior. They were more than three hours late, and we were never informed about the delay. No apology or explanation was given for this unprofessional behavior. 2. Inadequate Crew: There were only two individuals assigned to handle an entire container, which was clearly insufficient. This caused further delays and a significant lack of attention to detail. 3. Failure to Follow Contract Terms: - Furniture: The furniture was not assembled as required. It was simply placed wherever it happened to land, without regard for the layout or the plan. - Cleaning and Garbage: Nothing was cleaned, and the garbage was left behind. Not a single item was disposed of or properly dealt with, creating unnecessary extra work for us. I have attached photos as evidence of the unsatisfactory conditions. Additionally, the delivery process itself was appalling. The crew left without ensuring that the delivery was complete, and I did not sign any delivery papers. When I confronted them, they seemed uninterested and ignored me completely (strangely enough, they no longer understood English at that point). The driver (picture), in particular, behaved rudely (I don't speak Polish, but I can unterstand the meaning of "K*rwa") and I even caught him using offensive language, which is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating. We are unable to use the bed or any of the other furniture properly, and the apartment is in no condition to live in. It will take us weeks to clean everything ourselves alongside our work commitments. We expect compensation for the failure to meet the terms of the contract. You must either arrange for someone to come and remove the garbage at no additional cost to us, or reimburse us for the expenses incurred in doing so ourselves. We trust you will address these issues promptly and take immediate action to either compensate us or/and rectify asap the situation. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.

Extremely unprofessional communication. I initially contacted Schmidt Global Relocations online for a quote, which I received. They then asked to schedule a follow-up call, so I provided my availability. They ignored it and never reached out. I ended up having to call them myself, while on the phone, they promised they would update me within 1-2 days. I never heard a single word from them again. Ghosting a potential customer who is trying to plan a move is totally unacceptable. If this is how they handle basic scheduling and communication, I definitely wouldn't trust them with my belongings. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually follows through

Their pick-up truck did not arrive at the agreed pick-up time, and I initially received no communication about the delay. I learned the truck broke down and was undergoing repair/maintenance. Later the same evening I felt under pressure from them to agreee to the packing, with insufficient time left for the day. Alternative dates for pick-up could not be found that were mutually suitable, even though I made it clear it was a concession if there were. I left by airplane on a non-refundable ticket. Some time afterwards I was informed that it was considered a "customer cancellation" and "costs incurred" were deducted from what should have been a full refund to me. I objected; no response from Schmidt. Based on the problems on the pick-up day, poor communication, and refusal to issue me a full refund due to fault of their own, I do not recommend this company for personal goods removal services.
