Some of the reviews below weren't very positive. I read them and still decided to give the local entrepreneur a chance. The initial contact was very pleasant; I received a good quote and accepted it. I was kept well-informed when the awning arrived, and an installation appointment was also arranged smoothly, which was quite a feat considering my own schedule. Today, Edwin installed the awning; it's beautiful, and I'm thrilled with it. So, 5 stars for quality and customer service.
