Chris painted the upstairs. There was a balcony railing. It was weathered and definitely needed some maintenance. Chris put a lot of time and attention into it, repairing it with epoxy. He spent days just sanding to get everything smooth and neat again. The surface has to be spotless before he can start painting. Everything is now painted perfectly and ready to go for a while. I'm very satisfied.
