Had everything painted four years ago. Last year, there were a lot of cracks, and now whole sheets of paint are peeling off. No invoice. Paid €1500 for 1 1/2 days' work done by Jaap Loer himself. Worthless work by someone who turned out to be completely unreliable.

Two years ago, Loer installed a frame with patio doors. Problems arose from day one. The problem was that the doors weren't wide enough. This was likely due to a measurement error or something similar. As a result, the doors wouldn't latch and wouldn't lock. Our experience with Loer is that when problems arise, they aren't resolved, and agreements aren't kept. Last week, Loer visited again and installed a longer latch. The doors now close but won't lock. So, for two years now, we've been dealing with Loer, who continually uses patchwork solutions without offering a real solution. The solution is simply to install one wider door or widen one of the existing doors. After two years, there's still no solution. If you're considering doing business with Loer, don't expect any service if you have problems.
