I hesitated for a moment about leaving a comment, but this would be a review I would have liked to read myself. From the very first moment, when I received the quote, Leo was a friendly, helpful man… Family business. "Oh, I still have a caulking gun in that color in the van, and I'll take it with me right now…" I chose Leo from three quotes, partly because of his friendly and trustworthy personality. The deal was 5,000 for the major repair work and burying everything. And after the roof renovation, they would come back to finish the whole thing for another 3,000. Unfortunately, after countless phone calls, voicemails, and messages, I was never able to get in touch again. The painting was never finished. Now that I've started the finishing myself, I'm unfortunately also encountering Leo's shoddy repair work. Bad areas were simply filled over and then nicely masked with primer. Leo, it's a shame I never managed to reach you again. It's a shame you didn't finish your work as we discussed and it's a shame I found my house in this condition.
