I had a window replaced (HR++ glass) by Schildersbedrijf R. Bethlehem. The end result is excellent: the two men who installed the glass were friendly, worked neatly, and completed the job in about half an hour. What I wasn't so impressed with was the initial process. The person who came to measure and provide the quote wasn't very friendly and didn't take much time to explain the work. That set the tone for the rest of the conversation. The invoice was in accordance with the quote, but both my insurance company and I felt the installation fee was a bit high (almost €400 per window), especially considering the short timeframe (less than half an hour with two men). In short: the installers were professional, but the customer service and price perception could be improved.

I'm very pleased with how kindly Mr. Bethlehem welcomed me and fulfilled my wish: a custom-cut piece of glass for one of my paintings. Being very customer-focused felt right. 👍
