Very poor to no communication, they were overexcited when asked about the status of the work, there was no coordination, no transparency (not even on the invoice), and the material costs were inexplicable and extremely high. They went way over the agreed-upon price and only delivered 60% of the work. Another painter took care of the remaining work. In short: double the costs. There's more smoking than working, and even smoking inside a newly painted business premises. "Wanting to be self-employed, but not being able to work independently."

Had the entire house painted. After completion, they completely forgot a window frame, and there was still some work to be done. They paid for everything in good faith, but of course, I never saw anyone again. He politely says they'll come, but after so many attempts, I end up climbing the ladder myself.

Very bad experiences. They've been coming for years to do maintenance and major repairs. The house is under the homeowners' association (VVE). The window frames look really bad, corners haven't been repaired or only halfway done, the water barrier has been painted over, parts haven't been painted, and agreements haven't been kept. There was only one person who came to put the finishing touches on the house. I had to call and never saw them again. It's a real shame I can't post photos.
