Last week, three glaziers replaced the glass in our mom's house during a renovation. I was supposed to come help Mom put everything back and clean up afterward, but she called to say it wasn't necessary. She spoke highly of the three very helpful boys, father and two sons. They neatly moved all the furniture that was in the way and put it back neatly afterward. They also cleaned up all the mess. When we asked for the vacuum cleaner, it was even vacuumed up properly. I called a week ago to schedule an appointment. I was supposed to get a call back within a few days to schedule a quote. After a week, I still haven't heard anything. Apparently, they don't care about the customer. Bad business, even when you're busy.
