Dramatic, damp problems arose after installing cavity wall insulation. I've since learned from several experts that the wall wasn't/isn't suitable for cavity wall insulation. Now I'm not getting any response from John. So the problem still isn't solved!

After requesting a quote online, I received a response within two days. Competitive quote. After accepting the quote, the actual work was completed within three weeks. The work was carried out professionally and efficiently. Very satisfied.

We got a quote. We knew what we were talking about. So we went with them. Very competitive price. After accepting the quote, we waited three business days to schedule the work. Two and a half weeks later, the wall was sprayed. The men from Scheerman Insulation worked efficiently and in a controlled manner. The job was completed in 45 minutes (side wall approx. 58m²). After the men left, I noticed two holes in the wall that were still unfilled. Four phone calls and two emails later, they finally contacted me after two weeks. The grout color is also different; light gray, while ours is an off-white grout. When preparing the quote, they made a nice story about the color being as close as possible to ours. (Personally, I would have used white cement for the job.) Apparently, this wasn't communicated. The grout was sloppily finished. If they had taken ten minutes longer, the result would probably have been different, and the holes probably wouldn't have been forgotten. It would have saved me four phone calls, two emails, and a lot of frustration. We also have a small cellar under the stairwell. There are two ventilation grilles there. If I hadn't said anything, the cellar would have been filled with beading! So please be careful. Apparently, this isn't being taken into account. Finally, the neighbors indicated afterward that they found the drilling frequency and the number of holes drilled in the side wall infrequent. They claimed there should have been more holes. Five holes per square meter. Ours had four drilled per square meter. That's how they insulated their house, after all. I'm questioning this, as I have no basis for comparison. Just assume they handled the job professionally. All in all, it's a shame it happened this way. Mistakes happen. There's nothing you can do about that, but communication could definitely be better, and perhaps a bit more time could be taken to finish the job properly. After all, appearances matter!

Very professional people, they know their stuff. I had my cavity wall and floor insulated. Plastic beads in the wall and ecofoam under the floor. They also neatly installed ventilation grilles everywhere. Excellent!
