Kozijn part:- Sales person Geard was good, responsiveand open in discussion but at end he is just mediator who has no power to make final decision. That makes whole project in mess/ delayed (alomost 8 months) 11 frames were ordered June, 2022 and paid completed (100%) payment in advance in September (before installation date) and till date (Marc,23) we waiting for task to be finished, wrong kozijn to be replaced, ordered part yet in my backyard to be installed (part of that was not in correct size etc..etc)...... People may be nice but service and quality is pathetic. Sorry, i would recommend Scheer Kozijn & Dakkapellen for any big projects. Dakkappelen part: Sales guys measured wrong size and they ordered worng , which i challenge there dimension during discussion but they conveinceed me that sizes are as per agreement ( i am not expert of dakkappellen and their design part). Hence i signed contract even i had doubt. Once we received Dakkappellen, it was out of dimension. Owner blame me that i signed contract and sales guy known that it his fault but refuse to expcept. Even i had showed my doubt and concern in written before signing contract. Root cause: Big communication gap between Sales and Owner. Do not trust their sales team, contact Owner-> but than also i cant guareente about final product quality. Anybody interested to know service can contact me for more details.

Roel the salesman is good in what he does, selling.. but later after getting a deposit the service and emailing/contacting process is horrible. We wanted 2 windows next to each other and Roel said that it’s possible with a minimum distance of 30 cm, but when their guys came to place the dakkappel and windows he didn’t care about what I asked and placed them very far from each other, which is for us not what we wanted and became waste of money (1000 euro). They left a big nail protruding out of the wall, that almost did go through my wife’s eye, but thankfully a friend who was with her pushed her away and saved her eye! We asked for dark gray decoratie, but what we got was light blue, because of the colors on the link that Roel sent us were wrong and don’t match reality, what we knew from their partner that Roel should’ve brought a sample of the colors himself, which he didn’t. Roel said the decoratie would be changed for 70 euros each! And after contacting their partner, they said 50 euros, which shows us that they’re making money even when it’s their and their partner’s mistake! We had issues later with mostly all the windows, that are not opening and closing properly, a guy came to alien things a bit better, and he called Roel and told him that there’s a window that needs a new part to be replaced, til now nobody came to replace this part.

Top company, highly recommended.......I received excellent and professional assistance from start to finish. From the visit to Roel in the showroom and workshop to select the model, color, and materials.....to the site visit at my home for measurements and determining the final dimensions and, consequently, the exact price.....to the expert installation by the team of installers from Scheer Dakkapellen. During the installation, Roel stopped by to check if everything was to my satisfaction, and after completion, a call was made to confirm this again and point out areas where improvements could possibly be made. Scheer Dakkapellen has it all together. Should I ever need a dormer in the future, I would certainly go back to Scheer. The photos speak for themselves.......

We are very satisfied with Scheer's customer focus and service. From the moment Roel came to measure and draw the dormer window, communication was seamless. Communication was quick and easy, with immediate texts and phone calls. A few days before installation, we received photos of everything ready. The installation itself went smoothly, and the end result is impressive. Aftercare is also in good hands with Scheer. Highly recommended!
