Since he installed a new boiler in 2020/2021, condensation on the wooden floor beneath has been leaking to varying degrees. Sometimes it works, often it doesn't. The condensation isn't being properly drained by the system Ronald installed. He hasn't been able to solve this problem permanently. After his last inspection in October of last year, it turned out he missed the broken expansion vessel. Someone else pointed this out to me. After I let him know, he said he would "look into it when he could." There have been a few attempts, but I've been waiting for new proposals since November. I've switched to someone else because of this. Now I feel like he's "leaving me out in the cold" (pun intended). Pros: Initially, he came immediately after installation for minor, quickly resolved problems. Communicating with him went well. He still made an effort to find time in his schedule. Cons: I now miss his commitment to permanently solving the problem he caused.

Had a great experience! They were flexible, helpful, excellent service, and quick to respond! We received clear information in advance about the maintenance and costs. They came to us for the first time last week after another company disagreed with our terms the day before. The appointment for Wednesday 3:00 PM was canceled, but on Wednesday 3:30 PM they called Scheepers to see if they could help. On Wednesday 4:00 PM, they confirmed they would arrive Thursday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. They were understanding because everything was open, and there was no problem at all with taking off their shoes at the front door. Everything was perfectly arranged, and I was very happy that they could come so quickly. Definitely recommended!
