We had two beautiful custom-made awnings made for our pergola. Wim is very responsive and quick to answer questions and provides excellent advice. Tip: check your drawings beforehand to ensure everything is as ordered. Delivered on time, and the result is exactly as discussed and envisioned.

A few weeks ago, we had a shade cloth installed on the glass of our extension. The entire ordering process went very smoothly, and the consultation and measurement were also very clear and professional. The custom-made cloth was installed very well and neatly on the conservatory roof using additional tubes. It looks fantastic! Of course, it's darker during the day, but that's no problem! And now that we've had some hot days, it's just cold in the extension! What a relief! Really satisfied, bring on the warmth!

Very dissatisfied and I advise against ordering from this company. Despite a visit from the advisor in our garden, who indicated that a sunshade would provide shade at our dining table, the custom-made awning provided no shade on the patio (see photo). The shape is also not attractive, and the seam is in a visible spot. Poor value for money. After several reminders, the advisor offered rather creative solutions, such as Velcro. The owner then rudely called us on the phone and told us it was our own fault. Unfortunately, we had already paid in advance... €2000 later, and we're still sitting in the sun. We recommend ordering from elsewhere.
