From the moment we arrived at the beautiful showroom we knew we were at a place worth shopping. Very professional, kind people. Rianka and Dafne visited us at home, and they had a lot of useful tips and suggestions. The appointment to actually choose the kitchen and appliances was a great experience. Two very professional ladies and I would recommend anyone to visit them should you be looking for a new kitchen.

We are very happy with our kitchen design!! Jay was really helpful and friendly, he gave great advice, listened to our wishes and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to our beautiful new kitchen in the summer. The showroom in the store is also amazing, definitely recommend!!

We had good communication with Jay Koster since the beginning. He was superb helpful on choosing kitchen appliances. He explained very well each details of the process. And Satink team was always kind to us during our visits. We look forward to the installation of our new kitchen in February. We are excited for our new kitchen.

Nice kitchens, AWFUL after-sales. We purchased our kitchen by Satink Zwolle in Q2 2022. During the process we had two different advisors: the first one with great experience, giving tips and together we set up a very nice kitchen. With the second one we had to take the initiative since the experience was not good. At the end, the kitchen was installed, but the microwave was not working. The door opening button was not working. This was noticed shortly after the installation company left the place. After insisting, Satink arranged a reparation with the supplier (Smeg), instead of replacing the equipment with a new one , which sounds quite logical if the equipment does not work from the beginning. Anyhow, when we visited Satink to see if we could speed up this process, they addressed us to the supplier, since according to their words, "this is all we can do". In the end, this took a whole process with the technician coming and going to get the push buttons to work. And it was not only until the 17th of July 2023 when, finally, the microwave was replaced for a new one by Smeg since it was not possible to repair it. In my opinion, this is really awfully handled by Satink. They are friendly while you are purchasing, but once the money is paid, you can forget about them. To be honest, I expected, at least, a minimum of responsibility for the after sales and that they treat the customer with care, but definitely it is not the case. Better buy your appliances online or in any other place, since if they do not work, at least you are guaranteed to receive better attention than what you get at Satink. Personally I will never recommend this place, only because of the after sales!
