Very poor. I had a quote drawn up (and paid for it) only to be told they couldn't repair the damage. Don't give quotes if you can't do it. Or is this a way to make money? The staff are terrible; they're very unfriendly. Not a pleasant atmosphere. I advise against it!

Incredibly poor damage repair company! Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them through Inshared for expertise. And they can't do it! The damage was underestimated. I reported this to the insurer. After the insurer wanted to pay out, ABS said the damage couldn't be repaired for this amount. If you do business with Vincent, you should ensure this is properly communicated with the insurer. It's now been four months and still nothing has happened. Not service-oriented. Poor repairers. They prefer to fill everything in. I had my bumper repainted in the past, but that was also poorly done. I had it repainted by my competitor, De Kickerbloem. They didn't have a good word to say about what ABS had done to the bumper.

Friendly people, I was able to quickly get in touch up with minor paint damage (both for a cost estimate and for touch-ups). Because they still had the paint in stock, I didn't have to pay anything. Super nice!
