Top-notch company with friendly staff! Due to leaks in the meter box, it needed to be completely replaced. This happened on Sinterklaas Eve and just before the weekend. Thanks to Sanstra and especially the human touch of their employees, the problem was resolved before the weekend!

After a fire at home, I needed a new chimney. The insurance was fully covered, so price wasn't an issue, as long as it was good quality, equal to the old chimney. The insurance company readily agreed to a very high price. The chimney needed to be braced like the old one, but instead of the same quality cables, they used junk. An inspection hatch that was supposed to be installed turned into a T-junction that couldn't accommodate the chimney sweep, and it leaked. Their solution: sealant? Inside, the old stove inlet was secured with a standard nut and bolt (which would burn away within a few years). The interior trim panel was crooked. They were going to fix it, and I'm still waiting for it, having to buy a new one online. They can't even level the chimney; it's still crooked. I was supposed to get a chimney sweep from them that would fit this chimney, but I'm still waiting for it. They stopped responding altogether. A very poor and unprofessional company. The only good thing is that they only got half their money back. A major drawback is that we're still having problems, and there's no company willing to fix it because they won't fix someone else's mess without completely rebuilding the chimney themselves. Currently, there's another leak, and the sealant is coming loose. Can I write to them about the warranty? Given their unresponsive behavior, they didn't even respond to letters from lawyers. I've never had this company do anything. This happened two and a half years ago. Because my previous employer did business with this company, I waited until now to write a review out of respect for my former employer.
