I ordered a shower from them and I am disappointed with the after-sales service. Dear Reader, be aware that the quality of the products is poor. My daughter and I had our hands full of blood because the glass exploded when we installed the shower. (We have been installing showers for years.) This shower was for my daughter, what if the glass had exploded while she was showering? I have seen other comments similar to mine. I live in Belgium, but I am thinking of going to file a complaint in the Netherlands. This is unacceptable. Especially since they do not respond to emails. (This is our 8th reminder, but still no response.) I think they source poor quality materials from China or elsewhere and resell them at high prices. Anyway, the lady on the phone is nice at first, but when we try to explain our problem, she wants to hang up. What the hell? Yet at the beginning of this story we were so panicked and sad. She only told us to send an email. They are very unsympathetic. I have never seen anything like it. In short, they are quick to respond when it comes to payment, but when you have a problem, they are not. Strange company. No commercial gesture, nothing. this story has deeply shocked me. Please do not give them your money.

Recently I've bought all the fittings for my bathroom. I was able to find different options for the washbasin, toilet and shower cabins matching our design at a single place. Important part was that these items were at a fair price and I found it expensive in other shops by atleast 10%. Delivery was fast but I had a problem with one of the delivery that a wrong item was delivered and the customer service was a bit late in addressing the issue becuase of holiday season, it couldve been better that I had to call back couple of times to get it resolved. other than that I had fairly good experience with the service and the products are of good quality with fair price.

Absolutely terrible experience. Here is why: 1. The first shower doors came in without frame, so it took another 1 week to receive. Also, i was advised to throw it away on my own, so it cost me 6 euro to throw away (not about the money! About your customer service!) 2. Second doors came in - With a defect that made impossible to fix the doors inside of the frame. Once again thew them away, another 6 eur and again, not money but inconvenience. This one took 4 weeks to manage. So you placed the order, wait 1 month and didn't get anything as a response. The girl from customer service was helpful but the speed of decision making in management (if you can call them management) was awful. Terrible terrible terrible ! Never again
