We had a great experience with sanidump in Terneuzen. They gave us a very friendly welcome and took their time with us. The service was excellent, and the contact with everyone there was great. From the person who created the design/quote, to the warehouse employee, and the freelancer who installed the kitchen. We highly recommend them. We're very satisfied!

We've already purchased two complete bathrooms from Sanidump Terneuzen. The initial meeting was very smooth and professional. A 3D presentation was created on a large screen in the showroom, so we immediately knew what to expect. The salespeople quickly assessed our needs, and without much delay, a high-quality bathroom was selected at a very reasonable price. During installation, I occasionally had a technical question: a quick call, and I either received an immediate response or an email the same day with a technical sheet, for example. Nothing is too much trouble for the Sanidump team. Three years later, we naturally purchased another bathroom from Sanidump Terneuzen. The same smooth process as described above. At one point, there was a problem with the dimensions of the shower door due to a communication error on both sides. Sanidump resolved this in a professional manner, and we each paid half the price of the new door. I would definitely recommend this bathroom store to others. Best of luck to Monique and her team!

Excellent service! Excellent explanation and great service. We ordered our bathroom, and they listened carefully and created a beautiful design. We didn't have to decide right away; we had to come back to discuss and review everything. We ordered everything and it arrived quickly. Good communication and excellent service! Thank you!

We went to Sanidump to pick out a complete bathroom. The gentleman working there took care of everything and ordered everything for us once he knew what we wanted (which went really well). It turned out the wrong faucets and other similar items had been ordered. Meanwhile, this employee was no longer working there, and we had to prove that we had actually intended different faucets. In the end, we were given a much cheaper line of faucets in the correct color as a "trade-off." Not the same brand as the one we'd ordered with the employee. If we wanted that brand, we would have had to pay extra (and not a small amount). When we asked for another compensation, they acted as if we should be really happy with this solution (even though it was the employee's mistake). So, no other compensation was forthcoming, and it was almost ridiculous that we dared to ask for it. Unfortunately, we won't be going to Sanidump Terneuzen again, and we won't recommend it either. It's a real shame after the good experience we had with the employee, who now works elsewhere.
