We had to go to great lengths to get an appointment. Once there, there was little enthusiasm to actually help. The advisor didn't even introduce herself and immediately started discussing the price. After 15 minutes, we left. Very disappointing. We will definitely not be ordering our new bathroom here.

A waste of time! After spending over 2.5 hours in the showroom twice, designing the bathroom and selecting the fixtures, we had high hopes for this company. We were supposed to receive the quote within two weeks. Unfortunately, after five weeks, we're still waiting for Astrid's quote. She doesn't respond to emails. We received confirmation by phone from her female colleague, and in a second conversation, also from the manager (or owner), that they would follow up and send the quote. Unfortunately, this also didn't yield any results. A waste of time!

Our bathroom was completed this week, and we're very happy with the result. We also had no complaints during the initial phase. We received excellent service in the showroom; they really helped us think about how to stay within our budget and still create that beautiful bathroom. Our only constructive criticism is that communication regarding the schedule could sometimes be better.

We had our bathroom renovated by Sanidrome Lindom. Sabine listened carefully to our plans when we explained how we wanted to change our bathroom. With her knowledge and experience, it's become a place we're happy to visit every day. The men who worked here also did an excellent job. This company is definitely worth a visit if you're considering a bathroom renovation.
