The team at Sani4all Zwolle knows what top-notch service and good communication are. In 2022, we purchased a beautiful bathroom in collaboration with Gerwin. From the very first conversation through to the final design, communication was always pleasant, clear, and smooth. Even after the delivery, which was carried out by a partner, Sani4all neatly added the finishing touches where needed. We contacted them a few more times about questions and minor issues, such as a grab bar and a hand shower holder. Both times, a new part was delivered very quickly. Even the simplest things, like sending a product manual, were taken care of in no time. Technician Jurre also proactively called and followed up with me, explaining the part to be replaced and asking afterward if everything had worked out and if there was anything else they could do for us. This is how you exceed expectations! All in all, Sani4all Zwolle has proven itself time and again as a professional and customer-focused company. We are incredibly happy with our bathroom and the service provided.

First for inspiration, then for a no-obligation consultation and a concept drawing. Gerwin gave us excellent advice. Sani4all Zwolle is a group of young, enterprising people who are clearly passionate about the product they provide. They take their time with you and are never pushy. The tiles, faucets, and furniture offer excellent value for money. The delivery of materials runs smoothly. During installation, there was a mistake with the number of tiles. This is when a company's true service shines. At sani4all Zwolle, they proactively resolve this issue. They provided a clear explanation of what had gone wrong, and you never feel like it's your problem. Their partnership with Roybadkamermontage is excellent; if you're lucky, they'll even install your bathroom. We are very satisfied with the end result and the service. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant welcome at Sani4all. They collaborated with us creatively and professionally on the design of our new bathroom. All our wishes were accommodated within our budget. The work was carried out by a subcontractor, which sometimes led to confusion. There were a few issues with the delivery of the materials, but Sani4all addressed these issues professionally and immediately. They provide excellent service. The staff is easily accessible and honors their agreements. Once the bathroom is completed, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted, providing an opportunity to discuss the pros and cons.
