I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the solar panel installation service provided by SamSam (September 2023). During the installation process, the team mishandled the operation on my dormer (which was installed in December 2022), causing it to shift and create a gap between the dormer and the roof. Despite my efforts to ensure the installers had everything they needed, the outcome was far from satisfactory. When I addressed this issue, the response I received was dismissive, stating that while the damage occurred during installation, it was considered a dormer problem and not their responsibility. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I advise caution to potential customers – allowing this company on your roof might lead to more problems than solutions. However, it's fair to acknowledge some positive aspects of their service. The electrical installation was done properly, and the solar panels themselves are functioning well. Additionally, I always received responses to my complaints, even though they were not resolved to my satisfaction.

At the end of last year, I had a battery system installed by SamSam. They provided excellent advice based on my energy consumption and the existing solar panel system. They also discussed the option of backup power, which I opted for. It's currently working perfectly. Since the installation, my energy consumption has significantly decreased, and the aftercare has been excellent. Highly recommended!

We purchased the We Heat Sparrow from Sam Sam. Installation and aftercare went smoothly. We received excellent information beforehand and the installers were knowledgeable. During installation, a dangerous situation emerged in the meter box. It was a ticking time bomb. This caused a one-day delay because the system couldn't be commissioned until the meter box was repaired. Sam Sam arranged for an electrician affiliated with Sam Sam to fix the problem, ensuring we're safe for the next 20 years. I had to do the commissioning myself, assisted by the installer remotely. Ultimately, it went smoothly. I would recommend them without hesitation. Finally, we also received a nice 5kW home battery (limited-time offer). It's now been activated. In short, we're fully prepared for the future. Very satisfied with Sam Sam.
