I took a Javanese herbal stamp massage course (focused on postpartum women) with Jessica from IMAS. It was fantastic: Jessica passionately introduces you to the massage techniques, theory, and especially the underlying traditions and customs. I really enjoyed the small-scale, personalized approach. A wonderful learning environment with plenty of personal feedback. Highly recommended!

Today I learned the herbal stamp massage from my dear Jessica, and what an enriching experience! She presents her lessons in a very accessible and humorous way, which is wonderful. Aanrader! Eind december de cursus Postpartum Kruidenstempelmassage gevolg bij Jessica, deze lieve en grappige docente deelt haar vele kennis kundig en liefdevol. Heel fijn is dat de les in een kleine groep gegeven wordt waardoor er ruimte is voor persoonlijke aandacht. O en de kruidenstempels ruiken heerlijk :)

Last week I completed the Pijit Jalan training; IMAS always feels like a warm welcome. The training sessions are small, with plenty of room for personal attention. I've already completed several training sessions here, and I'm definitely not finished yet... For anyone who wants to gain more massage experience in the Indonesian and Moluccan way, this is highly recommended. The study trip to Bali was also truly phenomenal! What an experience... I've definitely come closer to my roots. Celebrate everyone! 🙏🏼
