In 2020, we requested a quote for uPVC window frames, which we accepted. The frames weren't ready for installation until June 2021; we were told they would be ready within two weeks. We didn't hear anything for a while, and after contacting them, it turned out there was a delay. Ultimately, the frames were installed at the end of 2021, by just one person. The frames were quite crooked, and one of the windows had a warped bottom. There was also a draft coming from under the frames on the southwest side into our daughter's room. After much back and forth, the frames were straightened, this time by two people. The frames are still slightly crooked, and the draft hasn't been resolved despite the man with the caulking gun. The mechanism of one of the tilt-and-turn windows isn't working properly. A service technician came by and adjusted some things, but shortly thereafter, the problem returned (perhaps because the frame is crooked?). All in all, it took a very long time for the frames to be installed, and the quality was not what we expected.

About three years ago, we had window frames installed by Sama Construction Service. From the initial consultation and measurements to installation, everything went smoothly. After about a year and a half, we had to contact them again for a minor issue, which was resolved effectively. Unfortunately, last week another annoying problem arose where the roller shutter wouldn't open, but Sama resolved it professionally and quickly. Sama's after-sales service is excellent, and many other companies could learn from this example. Sincerely, Gert-jan
