We contacted Ruud to sell our current home and guide us through the purchase of our new one. We ultimately signed the preliminary purchase agreement on the day our daughter was born. Even afterward, he remained sharp, engaged, and proactive throughout the transfer process. Bought a house through SC Bakker real estate agency. I bought a house and only one key was handed over at the transfer. After returning from the notary and not finding the remaining keys in the house, I contacted the relevant party. They had reportedly reported them missing during the viewing. Strange, because Wooncompagnie always installs new locks in the doors when a tenant leaves. But I don't recall that happening either. After inquiring with my lawyer and a real estate agent friend, I gave Bakker notice of default by phone. Two days later, when Bakker still failed to call a locksmith or hand over the keys to me, I informed Bakker real estate agency that I was done with this and would officially give them notice of default, and that all additional costs would be charged to them. Believe it or not, the keys magically appeared within 30 minutes, only in Wooncompagnie's possession. This guy delivered the keys to me that very afternoon. In short, if you want lies and deceit, you should do business with this company.
