I'm very satisfied with the work done on our old Vaillant boiler from 2001. No complaints about it being too old and needing a new one installed. The service contract is relatively affordable (80 euros per year), and they really do what they promise. I called yesterday about the constant heating, and they came by right away today and replaced the three-way valve for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Last year, Schoonen was supposed to come for the annual boiler service. We kept the entire afternoon free, and the mechanic called that afternoon to say he would arrive later than the agreed-upon time. He then called to say he couldn't find a parking space and would return another time. We heard nothing after that. He had been servicing our boiler for years. This year, we called a different company because the boiler was leaking water. This company said they wouldn't burn their hands on the boiler. They said the construction was extremely dangerous. It had been that way for years. According to this company, you should think of it like a car inspection: if the car isn't in good condition, you don't approve it and drive it for another year. The company asked us to refer them to Schoonen. Schoonen responded very laconically. He had previously told us we needed to buy a new boiler. Excuse me? Schoonen indicated that the boiler would need to be replaced at some point. Then he inspects the boiler year after year. Are we, as customers, experts? Schoonen suggested we could have called and told them he hadn't come last year. Now we're having a different boiler installed by a different company. Great company. Happy with them!

A positive experience. I had a problem with my central heating boiler (Intergas). The boiler was making humming and popping noises. The cause was an incorrect gas-to-air ratio that had been performed by a heating service company (the previous maintenance was a year ago). Theo solved the problem, and I'm very satisfied. Good communication and a good price, too. P.S. I have a maintenance contract.
