We were referred to Ruud Nannes Bouw through a recommendation to request a quote for the (significant) renovation of our home. From the moment we first contacted him to receiving the detailed quote, we had a very positive impression. Even during the quote phase, Ruud had already considered practical and sensible options and clearly presented the costs. We particularly appreciated this proactive approach to our needs as clients. The prompt communication at this stage was also noticeable. Promised agreements were met on time. A compelling story, a detailed quote, a realistic price, their proactive approach, and pleasant communication were the reasons we chose Ruud Nannes Bouw to award the contract. We look back on the entire process with great satisfaction. Ruud and his team are all specialists with an eye for detail. They are also pleasant and easy to work with and communicate with. No matter how extensive the demolition work was during the renovation, everything was left neatly and orderly at the end of the day. Communication is definitely one of Ruud's strengths. We were always informed well in advance about the planned activities. The quick response to unforeseen issues, which really eased the burden on the client, was also fantastic. Ruud took immediate action after informing us and ensured the right specialists arrived quickly to resolve the issue. The final result of our renovation truly exceeded our expectations. And not just from us: we've already received many compliments from friends and family. In just a few months, we've traveled back 30 years in time in terms of convenience, modernity, and appearance. Many people "don't recognize our house anymore." Now that's a compliment!
