I initially used a different real estate agent in 's-Hertogenbosch, but decided to give this one a try. With a small property, I thought they'd just do it in between, but no way! They took their time, didn't rush things, and put in a lot of effort, including numerous viewings, to find the perfect tenant, who was ultimately found. What excellent service! My interests as a landlord were very well looked after. I'm very satisfied with how things went, and they certainly have me as a new client. Highly recommended!

Our advisor, Roy van Thiel of RSP Makelaars, recently re-let one of our industrial buildings. He managed to find a good partner with whom we built a very pleasant relationship. All of this was accomplished in a short time, so we didn't experience any loss of rent due to vacancy. Not only was a solid, long-term contract established, but synergy was also realized between the existing businesses in the area and the new tenant.

We recently rented a second office building through RSP Malelaars. RSP provided us with professional and personalized guidance throughout the process. Thanks in particular to Roy van Tiel's enthusiasm and creative thinking, we were once again able to arrive at a solution that suited all parties.

Signed a rental contract in January: I've now had to call and email five times to get my OWN rental contract and convert it to the Chamber of Commerce. So far, nothing has worked, so perhaps this review will wake people up.

Bizarre! I own two restaurants and a roofing company. I'm currently renting two storage units and a separate office. I saw a business unit on Funda that's rented through RSP. After a friendly woman called, I was transferred to "someone in charge of that." I explained why I was calling, and this person said they'd take my number so the person conducting the viewing would call me back. Okay, fine. "What are you going to store with that business unit?" I assumed it was genuine interest. Then I explained that it included items from our businesses and also personal belongings. They asked about our business activities, and I replied that we had two restaurants, a roofing company, and a separate office. "That all sounds vague," said the person from RSP. It didn't feel right, so I thanked the man for his time and will continue looking. It's strange to be insulted when you're genuinely interested in a property. It doesn't feel right to do business with them.
