Rasim from RSM Service was a fantastic help. He filled in a wall with plaster blocks and plastered the entire top floor. He works quickly, accurately, is incredibly friendly, flexible, and always willing to think along with you. They came by to repair the water damage. Within a day, it was repainted and initially looked good. However, a few days later, the paint started peeling again. After reporting the problem, they came back to repaint it properly. However, the paint peeled again after a few days. They then investigated the cause and found that they had used the wrong paint, which wasn't suitable for water damage. The third attempt, using the correct paint, also didn't peel after a few days. We were satisfied and paid the bill. When we considered replacing the light fixture, we unfortunately discovered some peeling paint again (see photo). We reported this and tried to contact them, but unfortunately, there has been no response yet, and we still don't have a fully repaired water damage area. For this reason, I definitely wouldn't recommend hiring these people for any repairs. They do their work hastily and certainly not thoroughly. You do pay a considerable amount for that.
