The contact in the store was pleasant. Beautiful tiles and fixtures were installed. Unfortunately, our bathroom furniture wasn't suitable upon delivery. We were without it for several months. The sealant also left much to be desired. There were many irregularities, and after two weeks, mold immediately appeared under the clear silicone sealant. Unfortunately, this wasn't covered by the warranty, so they couldn't do anything about it.

The bathroom installation turned out quite nicely, but two shelves still haven't been installed after six months. I called several times, but never got a call back, and I went to the showroom a few times to ask when it would be picked up. Each time, they promised, but ultimately, nothing. Poor service, not recommended!

Excellent guidance from Jorik Braaksma during the orientation, sales, and aftercare. A wide selection was extremely helpful in choosing tiles and bathroom furniture. Excellent communication regarding price, delivery, and any overorders. Excellent service, and we are very satisfied with De Wilde!

In April 2023, I placed a large order with De Wilde. They finished it in June/July 2023. Floor tiles for the entire house, complete bathroom and toilet furnishings. Everything was beautifully done to my specifications. They even made a few last-minute adjustments here and there at my request. In September 2024, the light bulb in the expensive bathroom mirror unexpectedly stopped working. Fortunately, it was still under warranty. During the Christmas period of 2024, the mirror was exchanged for a newer model. Very satisfied with everything!
