Doesn't even deserve one star. I called often because I had just bought a new house that hadn't even been renovated yet. The technicians arrived much later than they were supposed to, and there was no feedback. If you had anything to say to the receptionist, she literally and figuratively scolded you and told them clearly, "If you don't get a boiler, the technician can go home early." Excuse me? They treat you like a dog. I called again now, and I have the exact same problem. I have leaking heaters, which are preventing my boiler from working, even though everything has been renovated and checked by them. Something must have gone wrong when they were going to fix it. I have no heating and live with a child who's not even a year old. She sounded like an old woman and simply told me she couldn't send a technician for this problem and that I should watch it on YouTube. It's unacceptable. I hate this company. Woonstad. You really need to find another contractor for this; they're dragging your reputation down.

Roveco is difficult to reach by phone and doesn't answer emails. When you call, you immediately hear music and a few seconds later they say the connection failed. It's a shame, imagine having your heating or boiler go out and leaving you cold, especially in this weather.

They sent me a letter saying they would come to the boiler on November 6th for an annual inspection, but no one has been there. If you call them, you can't get anyone on the line. This is bad. They've been trying to come since last year, and still no one shows up. This company is terrible in every way.

I took a day off for maintenance on the central heating boiler. No one showed up, no message, nothing. I am now losing income, which means I cannot pay my rent. Without rent, there is no house, so you would think there is no work for Roveco either. I am not satisfied with the switch from Woonstad to this maintenance 'service'. I won't get that day back; in fact, in the best-case scenario, this is going to cost me another day and a few hours on the phone. Who is going to compensate me for this? Roveco? Woonstad? I am writing this review because I am fed up with being sent from pillar to post. Hopefully, you will do something about this.
