Be careful with Jerry. He canceled all appointments to my house which was very easy to sell, excuse Always that clients canceled. One day a client came to my house and told me she got canceled on last minute by the maklaar. Needless to say my flat was sold within 2 days after I terminated our agreement. Roos is a nice person but as a maklaar you have to be careful dealing with them

We were shown two properties by a young gentleman who works for this agency. Too arrogant to do this job. Did not try to sell the property. Clearly does not enjoy what he is doing. Sorry for the clients who have to sell through him. We live in the area now and those two properties not surprisingly still have "For Sale" sign on them.

If you are going to buy from Rottgering make sure you do your research very well. I was lied to about several things, things that I later find out about. Aside from the intentional lies I was also treated very impolitely.
