They have excellent knowledge of the housing market in this region, and this is immediately evident in their approach and advice. The sale of our home went very quickly and professionally. We received excellent guidance throughout the entire process. From taking photos to the final settlement, everything was handled clearly and meticulously. The team is dedicated, knowledgeable, and communicates well. Thanks to their dedication and experience, we can look back on a very successful sale. There was some bidding commotion about a Schoolpad property in Zeddam. I've requested the bidding log numerous times, but it's not shown on Move.nl either. It's a bit shady and completely inaccurate. I would never do business with this real estate agent again.

Disappointing experience with this real estate agent My experience with this real estate agent was far from positive, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. During the process, we were poorly informed, and only afterwards did we discover numerous hidden defects to which the agent barely responded adequately. It was frustrating to find that the agent's response to our discoveries amounted to little more than a simple "too bad for you." Additionally, communication via email was difficult, which further complicated the entire process. All in all, a disappointing experience that I would like to spare others.

I thought I bought a house in January. The Rosendaal real estate agent had already congratulated me. I made an appointment with Rosendaal for a building inspection. I received the purchase contract to review and make any comments. On Friday, I received a text from my own agent saying the sellers were withdrawing from the sale. Four weeks later, the house was sold to someone else. It's allowed this way, I know. It's the sellers' decision, not the agent's. But it would have been decent to at least let me know right away so they could cancel the building inspection in time (there was less than a business day between the withdrawal and that appointment) and explain the details. But I haven't heard anything from the real estate agent at all. What a shame. @comment below: I'm not saying it's legally wrong. But I had a buyer's agent working with me throughout the entire process. Your congratulations and the appointment for the building inspection could have been done directly, though. And if you make a direct appointment, I think it's perfectly normal to cancel it immediately if it can't go ahead. Especially if there's less than a business day between them and there's a need to cancel urgently. It's a matter of common decency.
