My central heating boiler frequently displayed an error code, which meant I had no hot water. I had emailed the code to Roseboom Installation Technology well in advance (as agreed), before the appointment. The technician arrived, and after more than half an hour, he couldn't figure out the cause of the problem. He called Roseboom Installation Technology and gave the same error code. The person on the line knew exactly that the problem was with the sensor, but the technician didn't have it with him. Now I have to pay twice for an hour's labor, and twice for the initial fee. If they had taken my first email with the error code seriously, a visit would have been enough. This was six months ago. I've drafted several letters stating that I don't want to pay twice for the technician's labor, and why should I pay twice for the initial fee? They partially agree with me, but the payment reminders keep coming, and the invoice isn't being adjusted. The ConsuWijzer (Consumer Guide) reports Roseboom Installation Technology's negligent conduct.

We asked Roseboom installation technicians to help us with the noise coming from our underfloor cooling system. Despite the technician saying upon arrival that he could fix it and that he was familiar with the problem, after an hour and a half he announced that he couldn't solve it and couldn't find a solution elsewhere either. The result was a hefty invoice, which included all sorts of material costs, some of which hadn't been disclosed, and the prices for replacements hadn't been mentioned. We contacted Roseboom about this, and they promised to explain and that the technician would contact us. Unfortunately, we didn't hear anything back. In conclusion, I'm very dissatisfied with the way this company handled things.

Unskilled and unhelpful. It turns out there's a fault in the system, parts are missing, and components in the boiler are incorrectly connected. Roseboom admits this, but then fails to resolve the issue. We're also left with the consequential damages. After repeatedly contacting them, we receive no response. Apparently, they're adopting a "figure it out yourself" approach? And this after the company itself admitted to making a mistake... Apparently, there's plenty of work to be done.
