Customer-focused and quality-oriented. Knowledgeable. Clearly (hardworking) professionals. These men are helpful, polite, honest, and proactive. They meticulously repointed and sealed my chimney. I also received honest advice about a leak in my skylight, which two other companies had already addressed, resulting in all sorts of expensive repairs that didn't solve the problem. After Gerressen provided a temporary solution, the leak was gone. So, Gerressen has saved me some time, and I'll rely on them for replacements in the future. I highly recommend this company. They keep their promises!
