Unfortunately, I didn't have a very good experience with this company. They were installing new glass in my daughter's window frames. My daughter asked if I could remove the sealant because it didn't look very neat. I went to take a look and was shocked: a scratch about 20 cm long in the glass, sealant residue all over the wood, and very sloppy work. I contacted the company, and they said the scratch was within tolerance because it wasn't in the field of view, and the sealant could have been neater, but the painter would have to fix that. The window frames had only been painted last year. After insisting and suggesting an independent person take a look, I was told that all resulting costs would be my responsibility. I'm not usually one to read negative reviews online, and I waited a few weeks before posting this. I thought they might change their mind, but unfortunately, they didn't.
