SCAMMERS!!! We were looking for places to rent and landed a place infested with black mould. Now, if you know The Netherlands, you know mould is fairly normal. HOWEVER, the place we rented through Roelofs was so badly infested, I WAS NOSTOP SICK FOR A YEAR. Bed ridden. We even stopped using the second bedroom because we would be sneezing and coughing every time we entered. Ended up doing a mould/moisture test and it was on the highest number the machine could go. Our landlord gaslighted us and just did the landlord special and painted over the mould. After we finally got out of that death trap we didn't receive any of our deposit back despite leaving the home a month early. Honestly save your money and time and rent somewhere else. All of the houses they offer are of low quality and there is no care for the tenant. A bunch of scammers!
