It's certainly not the company's fault!! But I had a really bad experience with employee Ernst Moller. He always provided proper maintenance, but for the past two years, he's been completely incompetent with malfunctions and other minor issues. He makes promises, doesn't deliver, and stops responding to anything. As a resident, you're left out in the cold during frost, and that's not just for one day, but for days and weeks. And now I'm facing a lot of extra costs and hassle because of this.
