Unreliable real estate agent. We went through the bidding process properly via move.nl. Roel was full of complaints about fellow real estate agents who didn't use move because it supposedly wasn't transparent. After the rejection, we requested the bidding log: Highest bid, no conditions. But the price of the party with whom an agreement was reached had not gone through move and was not disclosed. A few months later, we requested the selling price via the Land Registry; it was €1,000 higher than our bid. It should be clear that this is not above board and that bids were used to determine the market price.
